W2
W2 means a repaired panel with a visible ripple.

The panel was beaten out and repainted, and the work shows. Sight down the side of the car in daylight and the reflection wanders.
W2 is the single most under-priced mark on the sheet. Buyers read it as cosmetic, then discover that fixing a ripple properly means stripping the filler back and starting again, not laying paint over it.
It also tells you the panel took a hit. Ask what the hit did to whatever sits behind the panel, and read the sheet for an R or RA grade before you decide the answer is nothing.
What it should do to your bid
Subtract the repair unless you genuinely intend to live with the ripple. Most people say they will and then do not.
