W1
W1 means the panel has been repaired, and it was done well.

repair trace
Somebody has done bodywork on this panel and the inspector could only just tell. He found it with a paint gauge or by catching the light along the panel.
There is nothing to fix here. W1 is disclosure, not damage: it says the panel is no longer factory, and it says the last person to touch it knew what they were doing.
The reason it still matters is resale. A future buyer with a paint depth gauge will find the same thing, and the honest answer is easier to give if you knew before you bid.
What it should do to your bid
No dollar adjustment. Note it, and note it again when you sell the car.
