C2 means heavy corrosion.

Corrosion over an area larger than a fist. On a unibody Japanese car of this age, that is frequently a sill, a floor pan, a strut tower or a rail.
There is no upper bound we can honestly give you from a sheet. A floor repair is a weekend. A rail or strut tower repair is a jig, a welder and a bill that can exceed what the car is worth landed.
This is the mark that most often turns a good buy into a bad one after the money has left your account.
What it should do to your bid
Either get eyes on the car in Japan or do not bid. A C2 is the one mark we will tell you to walk away from.
Where sources disagree
Confirmed as corrosion larger than C1. The exact size boundary varies by auction house.
